Art collectors and art lovers looking for the best art deals should head to New York next week: The Seventh Annual Affordable Art Fair runs June 12-15 from the Altman Building & The Metropolitan Pavilion in Chelsea.

The pickings include original contemporary painting, sculpture, photography and prints from more than 75 galleries and 12 countries. Items will be priced between $100-$10,000 -- but organizers say over 75 percent will sell for less than $5,000. For those new at the art game, lectures will span topics including Top Ten Tips for Starting Your Art Collection and In Focus: Collecting Photography.

General admission is $17 a day and students and seniors are $12 a day. Group discount rates are $8 a day and children under 12 are free. Are you a dad? Get in free on Father's day, June 15.

A private preview cocktail reception will be held Wednesday, June 11 at 6pm. To purchase tickets ($25 for individuals and $40 per couple), email info@aafnyc.com.

The Affordable Art Fair also takes place in London, Sydney, Melbourne, Bristol, Amsterdam, and Brisbane. Paris is on the horizon.

The Altman Building & The Metropolitan Pavilion is located at 135 West 18th Street.

Bracelet (2006) is priced at $6,000.
