An 8,000-square-foot spa with outdoor treatment areas. In-room dipping pools. A bluff-top restaurant with ocean views. A Viceroy Resort and Residences planned for Anguilla packs perhaps more KWID-designed glamour than Kor Hotel Group's other Viceroy properties in Santa Monica and Palm Springs. Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo are the architects of record on the low-rise buildings and freestanding villas on 27 acres of beachfront. The project breaks ground this fall for a 2007 opening.
