A packed house at part one of the series.
Focusing on the interplay between good business and good design, the L.A. Mart Design Center is getting set to host "You as a Brand: How to Differentiate & Expand Your Business," the second installment of the So Cal showroom center's three-part design lecture series.
Kicking-off at 11:00 am on June 17, the lecture will feature a panel including AdamsMorioka partner Sean Adams, interior designer Kenneth Brown, and editor and author Adele Cygelman. The trio will discuss how designers can effectively create unique identities for themselves while integrating brand marketing techniques into businesses through graphics, PR, and social networking.

The lecture comes on the heels of the first part of the Strategies & Solutions for the Successful Design Professional series, "The Young, Affluent & Successful: Understanding the New Design Customer," on May 12.
