Winners of this year's XXI ADI Compasso d'Oro awards for industrial design cover land and sea: Pininfarina's concept car Nido, Eero Aarnio's Trioli children's chair for Magis, Ron Arad Associates's MT3 rocker for Driade, Lazzarini Pickering Architects and Farr Yacht Design's yacht Shaka—the list goes on. In addition, Tobia Scarpa received a career award, Terence Conran and Miguel Milà an international award apiece. Recipients were selected in Milan by the Associazione per il Designo Industriale's eight-person jury, which included ADI president Mario Bellini.
