Parisi Selected for Luxury Home Project

Award-winning San Diego Design team to create model home interiors for new master plan community.

DEL MAR, Calif., Aug. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Denis Pastor, President of Parisi Interior Design, today announced that the firm has been selected by luxury home builders, the Toll Brothers, to design model home interiors for Aviano, a new master plan community at Desert Ridge in Scottsdale, Arizona. Parisi will create two sophisticated luxury interior concepts designed specifically to appeal to "empty nesters."

Recent Parisi design projects include The Pivotal Group's Esplanade Place, a 12-story, 56-unit luxury condominium high-rise built adjacent to the Ritz- Carlton in Phoenix, which completely sold out before its January 2003 opening. The team is also well known for its hospitality projects including the all- suite, boutique Hotel Parisi in La Jolla, California, which was recognized by Travel & Leisure as one of the "Top 100 Hotels in the United States."

For Aviano, the award-winning Parisi team will design two Mediterranean- style retreats with archways, fountains and soft angles that create a beautiful geometry with the changing of the desert sun.

The Toll Brothers, based in Scottsdale, AZ are credited with developing several high-end residential communities including the Mountain View Country Club in La Quinta, California and Greyhawk, also in Scottsdale.
