Vintage Danish Furniture Sale in New York

The sale will be held at 33 Jay Street, in DUMBO, Brooklyn.

Staff -- Interior Design, 6/15/2006 12:00:00 AM

Looking for vintage Danish furniture at half the cost? From June 17-25, Baxter & Liebchen will sell its original mid-century modern designer teak and rosewood pieces at 33-60 percent off.

Shoppers at the firm’s 5000 square foot warehouse store will find dining tables starting from $800, chairs from $250, sideboards from $1200, and desks from $900. Most of the vintage modern furniture at the store was manufactured in Denmark for Scandinavian distribution, rather than U.S. export. On average, the warehouse holds a rotating selection of over 600 items.

Open daily from 10am-6pm, the sale is located at 33 Jay Street in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Take the F Train to York Street station. For more information, call 718-797-0630.
