Here's this week's roundup of who's doing what, where in the design community.

Klaus Grohe, CEO and the son of the founder of Hansgrohe, is stepping down as the company’s leader after more than three decades. Chief financial officer Siegfried Gansslen will replace Grohe as chairman of the board and chief executive officer.

Trendway Corporation, a Holland, Michigan-based manufacturer of office furniture, has named William Bundy its new CEO.

Toronto-based office furniture manufacturer Teknion Corporation has named Maxine Mann president of its U.S. division. Mann will be based out of the company’s U.S. headquarters in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.

Chicago-based interiors firm The Environments Group has merged with global integrated design firm Perkins + Will.

Joseph Frueh, director of sales for furniture manufacturer Agati Furniture, was elected vice chairman of the American Library Association's Exhibits Round Table.

Ellerbe Becket, an international architecture, engineering, interiors, and construction firm, has selected Karim Khemakhem to establish and lead its new Middle East interiors practice. Khemakhem will take the title of interior design director Middle East and be based out of the firm’s Dubai office.

The New York office of national architecture, interior design, and engineering services firm Cubellis has merged with A/R Environetics Group, a full-service architectural interiors, space planning, and project management firm. The merged firm will operate as Cubellis A/R Environetics.

Lida Dersookian joins the Washington, D.C. office of Kling Stubbins, a national architecture, engineering, interiors, and planning firm.

Dan Bogo is national sales manager for Grand Rapids, Michigan-based
carpet manufacturer The Scott Group.

Chicago-based trade show and property management firm Merchandise Mart Properties has named Tim McGee senior vice president and general manager of its High Point, North Carolina office.

Textile supplier Unika Vaev, a division of the ICF Group, is now the exclusive distributor for Australia-based textile manufacturer Instyle Contract Textiles in the U.S. and Canada.
