Honors for Albers



The U.S. Art Critics Association named "Josef and Anni Albers: Designs for Living" at New York's Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum, as the best architecture or design show of the 2004-2005 season. The curator is being honored at a ceremony, alongside 19 other winners in 12 categories. . .

Fentress Bradburn Architects has won the commission to design the Army Heritage Center Foundation's visitor and education center. The 57,000-square-foot building in Carlisle, Penn- sylvania, will house a gallery

in addition to meeting rooms where civilians can learn about military history. . .

Taking Flight

After years of controversy, the Rockwell Group has unveiled plans to make interiors of Eero Saarinen's TWA Terminal the gateway to JetBlue Airways's home at John F. Kennedy International Airport, New York. While Rockwell adds tiered seating and fresh signage, Gensler will serve as the terminal's architect. . .
