POLLACK'S ELAN COLLECTION encompasses 23 new textiles that combine color, texture, and technology in new or unexpected ways. For example, the reversible Meadow and Meadow Sheer, both offered in three colorations, have a spare pattern of branches shooting vertically through open space. The sheer blends rayon, linen, polyester, and cotton into a weave that changes quality in various light conditions. Dot.com and Outside the Box, both very much about being playful and whimsical with a high level of performance, reflect the new media frenzy. In particular, Dot.com is inspired by the fresh frontier of the virtual world; the pixilated pattern is available in six colorations.
