A 62-story skyscraper by architecture firm Rex, Museum Plaza will house a 260-room Westin Hotel, a collaboration with Simeone Deary Design Group. Remaining floors will be divided among luxury condominiums, offices, an arts center, spa facilities, and the University of Louisville's MFA program.
