Your recent issue had a number of business facts and trends. Is there a way to access data on commercial interior design industry in the usa and by state. More specifically I am looking for information on interior design firms offering professional services on commercial projects with 1-7 staff 8 - 25 staff and 36-over. Several questions that I am looking for answers to is as follows:
current size of industry in the usa?
is industry growing if so by how much?
what are typicial gross profit margins with in the industry?
I have used the SIC code for both arch and interior design to obtain general information. However, the information typically based on larger firms. I have tried IIDA and they do not gather this type of information from their members. Any help that you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
