Here's this week's roundup of who’s doing what, where in the design community.

The board of directors for the Council for Interior Design Accreditation Board (formerly FIDER) has re-elected two board members. Joseph Pettipas, vice president and director of interior design for HOK Canada, is 2006 board chair and Michael Souter of San Francisco-based Luminae Souter Associates, is 2006 secretary treasurer. Two new members will join the board: Keith Hooks, of San Francisco-based Hooks Design + Architecture and Susan S. Szenasy, editor-in-chief of Metropolis.
Ted Jacobs joins the San Francisco office of full-service architecture and design firm Gensler as a principal. Jacobs, most recently global director of design for Starbucks Coffee Co., will direct the firm’s brand strategy and design team, Studio 585.
Cot Davis is vice president of sales and marketing at kitchen manufacturer Bulthaup. Prior to joining the firm, Cot served as president for a Viking Range wholesale distributor.
Sarah Herda has been named director of the Chicago-based Graham Foundation for Advanced Studies in the Fine Arts, a non-profit dedicated to creating public dialogue concerning architecture and the built environment. Currently, Herda is director of the Storefront for Art and Architecture in New York.
Tony Bello joins office furniture manufacturer Herman Miller as vice president of sales for the East. Bello will be based in New York. Robert Carrier is now director of sales for Herman Miller Workplace Resource in Montreal.
Deyan Sudjic is the new director of London’s Design Museum.
Stuart Glass is director of sales and business development for Material ConneXion, a comprehensive resource center dedicated to international material innovation.
Charlie Williams is president of contract furniture dealership TUSA-EXPO Holdings' service division, Facility LogisTiX.
