Located in the century-old Puritan Mill complex, Herman Miller's Atlanta National Design Center—a 15,200-square-foot showroom and sales office—was recently named LEED Gold for Commercial Interiors. Krueck & Sexton Architects capitalized on natural light, supplemented by high-efficiency fixtures, to reduce lighting density power to 57 percent below LEED standards. At least 15 percent of materials are recycled, too.
