Heltzer& p>

We were hooked at first look. After spotting an industrial coat rack in a 1950s office-supply catalog, Michael Heltzer developed a line of hardware and accessories, among them this sharp robe/coat hook in teak and stainless steel. Designed to weather the oudoors, the pieces would nevertheless fit in a bathroom or spa.

Seattle artist and jewelry maker Lulu Smith has put her stamp on a spectacular line of decorative hardware. Defined by crisp shapes in cast pewter, the knobs and pulls are inlaid with hand-pigmented resin. In addition to a palette of eight premium hues, a custom color-matching service is available.
