A Global Partnership

edited by Sheila Kim -- Interior Design, 5/1/2003 12:00:00 AM

Worldstudio Foundation, a nonprofit group encouraging social awareness among art and design professionals and students, has teamed up with software giant Adobe Systems to establish a mentoring program promoting tolerance. Create! Don't Hate pairs art, design, and illustration students with professionals from such major firms as Pentagram and MetaDesign. The results: posters that communicate a compassionate message and aspiring designers with sharper skills. A dozen posters by students from the Art Institute of Atlanta and New York's Fashion Institute of Technology, among others, are featured in the current issue of Worldstudio Foundation's Sphere.
