Design of the Times

New materials, fluid shapes, and eye-catching colors characterize the innovative pieces featured in Design of Our Time, an exhibition on view from February 25th through May 13th at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston (MFAH). The first in a series of decorative arts exhibitions, Design of Our Time will present approximately 25 pieces produced during the past ten years. The show will encompass furniture, metalwork, ceramics, and glass as well as lighting, product design, and other non-traditional objects that represent outstanding craftsmanship, engineering, and originality.
