Master Suite

edited by Craig Kellogg -- Interior Design, 6/1/2006 12:00:00 AM

The Troy troop—including a business manager and a publicist at the New York furniture gallery—has moved on to open Suite New York. Troy's former creative director, Chris Kraig, will assemble the collection, with pieces ranging from iconic Arne Jacobsen and Hans Wegner to new Piero Lissoni. Look for reeditions such as the 1968 FK 82 X-Chair by Preben Fabricius and Jørgen Kastholm in black, brown, or cognac-colored leather. "We're bringing downtown energy uptown," Kraig says. Slated for a midsummer opening, the 4,000-square-foot space was designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen, the architecture firm best known for chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten's restaurant Perry St.
