The seemingly seamless glass facade and polished-concrete flooring of Issey Miyake's second New York location, on Madison Avenue, blur the line between sidewalk and store. This one is a solo effort by G Tects principal Gordon Kipping, who collaborated with Frank Gehry on the city's flagship, downtown.
