What does the future hold for the kitchen and bath industry? On November 8, the Luxury Home Alliance and the Luxury Marketing Council will tackle this subject with The Luxury Home Alliance: The Experience of Luxury at Home-Trends in Kitchen and Bath, a panel discussion featuring three industry professionals.

During the two hour event, the panelists will discuss the evolution of luxury kitchen and bath design and reflect on the kitchens and baths of tomorrow.

The panelists are Bennett Friedman, principal and design director, AF New York (AFNY); S. Russell Groves, principal of his namesake firm; Marc Nover, general manager, Villeroy & Boch, bath and tile division; and Paul Shaffer, regional marketing manager-Northeast, BSH Home Appliances. Steve Nobel, chairman and co-founder, the Luxury Home Alliance will serve as moderator.

Friedman, who is hosting the event, directs the distribution of an extensive list of manufacturers and design for AFNY. Together with his firm, Groves has completed projects for a client roster which includes the likes of Coach, Giorgio Armani, and Ralph Lauren. Since 2003, Nover has headed up the Bath & Tile Division of Villeroy & Boch in the U.S. He is credited for putting the manufacturer’s toilets and tubs back on the map. As manager of three BSH appliance showrooms in New York, Philadelphia, and Boston Shaffer is a key player in the company’s management and sales departments.

The event will run from 6pm-8pm at the AFNY showroom, located at 22 West 21st Street, between 5th and 6th Avenues, on the 5th floor.
