Rita St. Clair, FASID, principal of her namesake Baltimore-based firm, is a designer whose work has often graced the pages of Interior Design magazine. Projects include interiors of hotels offices, restaurants and some notable forays into historical preservation. Her academic training includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Iowa, as well as graduate work at Parsons School of Design in New York, the Art Students League in New York, the Parsons in Paris program and the Muss des Arts Decoratifs. Activities include membership of the Design Arts Program of the National Endowment for the Arts, member of the executive committee of DIFFA, and member of the board of trustees of the Maryland Institute College of Art.
